This hotel was very clean, had amazing views, and was perfectly located near everything you need.

fairly clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be just next door to a restaurant instead, the center of kuopio, on the side of the marketplace and the railway station, bus stops and main stores thanks to best possible and convenient location. the staff was service-oriented, hard-working, and responded promptly to requests. got varied breakfasts with view on the main square and hot options. the property was located in the centre of the city. in general the service was very good.

Narrow beds

Good location, in the middle of the city, therefore good possibilities for shopping. Excursion destinations are easily accessible. Summer and winter a beautiful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its amazing location, which was just a stone's throw away from great places like Grosvenor Casino Plymouth.

There was no kettle in the room.

The room facilities are impressive, with even an iron and ironing board provided. The room size is spacious, and the New Year party arranged by the hotel staff was a wonderful surprise.

Breakfast was very good. With plenty of choice. . . Hot and cold in good proportion. Parking possibility from the car in the underground car park and with lift connection to the hotel.

Perfect city center location, clean & spacious rooms, comfortable bed with choice of pillows, great breakfast variety, modern amenities, helpful staff.

There was complimentary tea and coffee all day, plus a lovely breakfast.

The bathroom had water from shower running into the basin area, so made it wet as well.

The main thing is location just in the city center. Also good breakfast.

Some rear problems with internnet connection and a little bit difficult to make a call from the room.
